Terms of Service
By using A2Z Thexis, you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the service. A2Z Thexis is committed to providing professional academic formatting according to international standards. We reserve the right to update these terms with prior notice to users.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are based on document type and page count. Published packages start from 500 EGP (short thesis), 2500 EGP (full thesis), and 800 EGP (journal paper). The final price is confirmed after file review. No charges are made without the client's approval. Accepted payment methods: Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, and bank transfer. All transactions are handled securely.
Refunds & Revisions
For Pro formatting: the client reviews a preview and approves it before final delivery. Notes before approval are included. After approval and final delivery, additional changes are billed separately — unless we failed to apply the agreed guide or requirements. For DIY: the student sets and confirms their own settings; any later request for our team is priced separately. Payments are non-refundable after formatting is completed unless there is a material error on our part. Disputes are handled directly with support.
Data Protection
Your files and personal data belong to you alone. We do not share them with any third party. We apply strong data-protection practices available on our stack. We retain files for 30 days after delivery, then delete them. You may request deletion of your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Disclaimer
A2Z Thexis is responsible only for the quality of academic formatting. We are not responsible for the scholarly content of the document or decisions by the academic institution. The client remains fully responsible for the document's content and originality. We provide formatting only.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact support first so we can resolve it amicably. We aim to provide an initial reply within 2 hours. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are settled under applicable Egyptian legislation.
